La operación de segregación implica el traspaso en bloque por sucesión universal de la parte del patrimonio de la Sociedad Segregada dedicada a la actividad de arrendamiento de bienes inmuebles industriales, constitutiva de una unidad económica, a favor de la Sociedad Beneficiaria, la cual está íntegramente participada por la Sociedad Segregada.
